Shipping and Handling
I ship to the UK using Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY for all orders over £20.00, and first class mail for orders under £20.00. if your order total is over £20.00 you will need to be in to receive your parcel and will be required to sign for the parcel. In the event that you are out, the postman will leave a card which you can take to your nearest sorting office to collect your parcel. Post and packing is £3.50, except for blankets and cushions, which are shipped for £5.50 each. If you are sending your order by post, please dont forget to fill in the post and packing on your form. For orders over £100.00 which are paid for by cheque and order form, post and packing is free.
Patterns are sent in PDF format by email only. Patterns can be sent by post if you are having problems receiving emails. Please contact me to request this when you place your order, or send an SAE and then your pattern will automatically be sent by post. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ADDED MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR ADDRESS BOOK OTHERWISE YOUR PATTERNS WILL GO INTO YOUR JUNK MAIL! Its amazing how many people forget to do this, or to check their junk mail, and claim they never received the patterns!
Delivery Schedule
Where products are in stock, we aim to get them to you within 5 working days, however, sometimes products have to be made to order and can take up to six weeks to arrive. Where this is the case, we will inform you, and you may cancel your order if you so wish. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.
If you are requesting an individually commissioned item then you will be advised of the delivery time on enquiry.
Conditions of Sale of Patterns
If in any way you are dissatisfied with the pattern you have bought, we regret that we cannot give you a refund. Mistakes sometimes occur in patterns. If you find a mistake, please email me and I will endeavour to provide you with a corrected version. However, a refund is not possible in this instance either. Patterns must not be reproduced for sale, neither are you at liberty to sell the item you have knitted from my pattern. It is sold to you for your personal use only. I do not take any responsibility for the finished product. If it does not turn out the way you expected, I would be interested to hear from you, but cannot be held responsible for the quality of your knitting. I aim to email patterns to you within 5 working days of you placing your order.
Returns Policy
I have every confidence in my products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase our returns policy is as follows:
To return a faulty or damaged item you must email me at libbytomey@greenbee.net or telephone my customer service number on +44 (0) 7818286538 for return authorisation.
Please wrap the returns securely and include the original invoice with your return.
All items must be returned by recorded post in their original condition. We regret that we are unable to refund postage or pay for your postage costs.
I will replace faulty items with the same item, or I will refund you by cheque. You may also choose to exchange the item for another item.
Please note that my returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt by you of goods.
