  Knitting Kits
The kits include all needles, yarn and accessories needed to complete the item. Some kits include more than one pattern, and yarn for more than one item. Read the desciption carefully to find out the details. For projects where only a tiny amount of yarn is needed for decorative elements, such as flowers, then small amounts of yarn are included, rather than whole balls, which saves you a considerable amount of money. You can still buy the pattern only - just click on the pattern button on the drop down menu. if you order by post and include an SAE then there is no postage for patterns. If you order by paypal, then patterns will be sent by email. Post and packing is FREE for knitting kits.

  The Alpaca Rabbit Collection
Lots of people have been waiting for this pattern to be released! This kit contains two balls of grey 100% alpaca yarn, which is enough to knit two large rabbits or four small ones; organic sheeps' wool stuffing; pima cotton for the clothes; beads and thread for embroidering; oddments of pink baby alpaca for the ears and feet and a LibbyTDesigns label - the finishing touch. Rosemary has a cream cotton dress and knickers and Joe has blue trousers and a cream jumper. The pattern booklet contains lots of extra patterns for different clothes as well. Not for children under 36mths due to small parts. Approx. 15/20cm high

  The Liz Collection
Patterns for the entire Liz collection in one booklet. Knitted in Felted Tweed Chunky using 7mm needles and a simple cable and brioche rib, this is a very tactile pattern and immensely enjoyable. Cushion, blanket, tea cosy and bag. The two pieces of the cosy are drawn together with a ribbon threaded through the top. The cushion has a flap opening at the back, which is fastened with a large wooden button. You will need 20 balls of Felted Tweed Chunky for the blanket, 1 ball for the tea cosy, 4 balls for the bag and 6 balls for the cushion

  The Sophie Collection
Pima cotton is an amazing yarn - an extra long staple cotton, softer than egyptian cotton - this is considered to be the best grade of cotton in the world. Pattern in 4 different sizes (1-2;3-4;5-6;7-8) for this simple A-line shape dress with a plain skirt and empire line waist, slightly gathered. The pattern booklet also contains the patterns for the Sophie Blanket (which uses 24 balls) and the bag, which uses 3 balls, a magnetic popper, interlining and lining material.

Sophie - a delicate flower in two contrasting shades of DK mohair on 4mm needles; Camilla - pointed tipped petals in stocking stitch in DK yarn on 4mm needles with a button centre; Ophelia - a minature flower in cotton 4ply on 3.25mm needles.

The advanced knitter will enjoy knitting this most luxurious hot water bottle and socks set. Alpaca yarn is extremely hard wearing as well being as soft and as warm as pure cashmere. The kit includes five balls of RYC baby alpaca yarn to knit both the socks and the hot water bottle cover. It also includes 3.25mm and 4mm needles and a cable needle. You need to know how to cable and to do basic shaping techniques for the hot water bottle. More advanced knitting skills are needed for the socks, which are knitted on double pointed needles, and involve grafting to create a seamless sock for your ultimate comfort. Handwash only.

A pattern booklet including patterns for the bag, cushion, blanket and bunting. An eye-catching mix of eight vibrant and pastel shades in pure cotton yarn. In Rowan Handknit Cotton DK using 4mm needles, this pattern requires one ball of each colour (use the oddments to make one of the smaller projects). If you are going to make the bag or the cushion, you also need a 35cm square of linen material, and a magnetic popper and a brooch back for the butterfly.

This tea cosy kit consists of 100g of Rowan Chunky Tweed yarn and 8mm needles. Some basic crochet skills are required as the base is made in double crochet, and the base is attached to the sides using crochet. Two oxhorn buttons are included in the kit to finish it off. The tea cosy fits a pot measuring 46cm diameter and 18cm high to top of lid. Handwash only.

So soft and cosy, this hot water bottle cover uses two 100g balls of Rowan Pure Wool Aran yarn. It is knitted in three pieces in a simple moss stitch and Rib panelled design. the opening is at the back. Fits a standard hot water bottle. Machine washable.
